Is there scientific evidence for near-human extinction in the past?

This is the test any evo who wants to join a creationist message board should take.

I've been in enough debates with evos and atheists to notice a pattern in their strategy. Before you get sucked into yet another pointless and endless mud-wrestling contest, take a look here.
